Bulldogs Bequest Society
The Bulldogs Bequest Society has been established as the bequest society for the Western Bulldogs Football Club.
It is leaving a legacy beyond your lifetime to ensure the Mighty Red White Blue continue to flourish for the generations ahead.
Your support has made us the great Club we are today. Your bequest will ensure its future.
What is a bequest?
- can be a gift of ANY size, specified within a Will
- can specifically reserve part of your estate – or your complete list of assets
- gives to a particular beneficiary or recipient
A bequest can take many forms. It may be cash, shares, bonds, property, or simply a percentage of the estate.
A bequest to the Bulldogs Bequest Society is an opportunity for you to leave a legacy which will support the Western Bulldogs Football Club into the future.
How to make a bequest
When making or updating your Will, we would be happy to discuss any provision you may consider in favour of the Bulldogs Bequest Society (Western Bulldogs Society Ltd ACN 142 547 644).
There are many different forms of words that you can use in your Will to establish a bequest for the Bulldogs Bequest Society. Possible wording of a proposed bequest to the Bulldogs Bequest Society could be:
“I bequeath the sum of $.......... to Western Bulldogs Society Ltd ACN 142 547 644 to be used at its discretion to support the goals of the Western Bulldogs Forever Foundation.”
Western Bulldogs Society Ltd is the legal entity set up by the Foundation to support the activities of the Football Club.
We recommend that you seek independent legal advice and assistance in preparing your Will to ensure it is valid and accurately reflects your wishes.
